Update Simple DoF Calculator (Approved)

After a short delay we just submitted a new version of Simple DoF calculator to the App Store.
This new version (1.7) has support for a lot of new camera's from Canon, Panasonic, Olympus and Pentax.
It also includes some minor userinterface updates.
