Update Iridium Flares (Approved)

It's been a while since we last updated Iridium Flares but we just submitted a new version to the App Store.
The new version (1.4) shows weekday names next to the date and includes some new options for GPS accuracy.
It also includes some bugfixes for location and region format errors.
